How to View Template History

The Digital Interaction Template maintains an audit history of changes that have been published to the template. If within the “Account Settings”under Audit Trail preferences>> Visual Interaction Templates the option “Prompt user to enter a reason or note before publishing a change” has been set to “Enabled”, then every time a user attempts to “Publish” a new version of the template, a pop will appear asking the user to enter details on the reason for the changes made before publishing serving as an Audit Trail. To view the “Template History, click on the “Template History” icon and a slide out will appear with a log of details published each time a saved version of the Template was published with changes.
