If your template includes a “Form” control in order to design a form, survey, questionnaire, contest / similar application, click the “Download Form Responses” icon to initiate a download of the responses and data collected by the Form. The download will be generated in the form of a CSV file downloaded to your device. The “Download Form Responses” option is also available as an Icon on the “Templates” page which can be accessed by clicking the “Visual Interaction Templates” option in the main menu.
