In order to restore a previously published version of a Digital Interaction Template, click the “Template History” icon to bring up the slider with the history log for the template. Then click on “Restore This Template Version” to restore the previously published version of the template as the “Published” version. Note: At any given point, you can only restore upto 1 version prior to the most recently published template. So to go 3 versions back, you would have to repeat the process 3 times.
