Login is done through the use of a valid email address and valid password.
Note: If a general user of the platform makes more than 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in with incorrect credentials in a span of 30 minutes, the system will lock them out. In order to restore their account or have their account unlocked, they will be required to contact the System Controller or Administrator of the system. Alternatively, they can wait 30 minutes as the Account would be unlocked automatically allowing them to retry.
If a System Controller or Administrator of the system makes more than 5 unsuccessful attempts to login with incorrect credentials in a span of 30 minutes, the system will lock them out. In order to restore their account, they will be required to contact another Administrator or Controller with sufficient administrative privileges to unlock their account. These accounts will not be automatically unlocked after any time period.
Administrators & Controllers will be able to view locked Users in the “Users” screen indicated with an icon with a screen and lock. They will also be able to unlock these users with the same icon.
