An Introduction to Things & Things Search

In the homepage, click “Start” button for adding a thing or click on the Navigation menu on the top left of the screen. Select “Things” from the main menu.

The “Things Search” is a powerful feature to access all “Things” created and stored within the Qliktag Platform using elastic search query technology. A ‘Thing’ is an individual instance of an ‘Entity’. It comes with two types of search types – Basic and Advanced. The Things Search page also features an “Attribute Selector” which allows the user to select attributes from the “Data Model” for an “Entity” which they would like to appear in the search results or filter a search by.
